Call Centre Employee was murdered by Team Leader | Noida BPO Girl killed by senior | Team Leader Kills bpo employee | A Noida call centre employee was allegedly murdered by her team leader

The BPO girl Pooja, She was 23 left her residence in Noida sector 22 on March 1, 2010 for Holi Party and she never returned back. Two days later on March 3rd, her body was found floating in Badkhal Lake of Faridabad. The investigation showed that Pooja had called up Daljeet, her team leader seven times between 12.47 pm and 1.26 pm on March 1. When her family members enquired about her to him, he gave conflicting statements and that made him the prime suspect. Then Noida police claimed that they have arrested one Daljeet Singh (29), victim’s leader, on Thursday.

A case of murder has been registered against Daljeet and his colleague Sandeep Srivastava. Circle officer (II) Ambesh Chandra Tyagi said: Daljeet has confessed to the murder. He took her to Surajkund on March 1 where he pushed her into Badkhal Lake after an argument. Surajkund station house officer Ajit Singh said: We waited for 72 hours and then cremated the body. The girl's family later identified her clothes. On why the police did not register a murder case, he said, "The postmortem did not show any injuries.

The Pooja was to get married to her boyfriend, Amit Chauhan, from Mandawali in Delhi soon and both families were looking for a suitable date. Daljeet, who claimed to love her, wanted to stop this marriage, claimed Tyagi.
