The poll was conducted by PETA in their Asia Pacific portal and the battle for the top slot carried on for a month. The final results were announced on June 10th, 2009. Shahid shares this honour with Natalie Portman from Hollywood, who was awarded the sexiest vegetarian in the USA region.
